Eco-Cuisine Products are great tasting, healthy, natural, vegan and Flexitarian®.
Flexitarian® products are plant-based (vegan) products with the option or flexibility to add dairy, egg and/or meat to create healthy menu items with moderate use of animal products.
The mixes are menu concept driven which means that each Eco-Cuisine product can be integrated into specific or existing menus and recipes versus creating menus and inventory around the product.
Minimum culinary skill is needed to produce the products which can easily be prepared by inexperienced or beginner cooks.
Minimum labor time needed to produce the products.  Approximately 20-30% less labor compared to mixing bakery recipes from scratch.
The mixes are “speed scratch mixes” in that they combine the speed of working with pre-mixes (savory or sweet) with the creativity of cooking and baking from scratch.
Basic Mixes allow for diverse recipe applications enabling the professional culinarian to develop creative signature menu items.
Can build additional nutritional density into the mixes with whole food ingredients (i.e. fresh or dried fruits or nuts for bakery and fresh vegetables for savory), or by adding dairy, eggs, or meat to the vegan basic mix.
Basic mixes reduce inventory and associated management costs.
The Basic Mixes were developed as vegan products for operational purposes so chef’s can cover all categories of vegetarians with one menu.
